Reno Cowboys - Designed, carved and hand printed in Reno, NV

Don’t get me wrong…a city plaza, space whales and sculptures are cool but nothing can replace what once stood at the corner of 1st & Virginia St. The Mapes Hotel closed in 1982 and was demolished in 2000; it was a Reno landmark for many years but was unfortunately written off by the city. Sadly, many other iconic Reno establishments are currently being demolished forcing the most vulnerable in our community out onto the streets.

In an effort to highlight Reno’s history and raise awareness about our current housing crisis, I’ve started this 'Notel Reno' series as a fundraiser. Ten dollars from every print sold will be donated to volunteer based mutual aid groups in Reno who deliver supplies and food directly to those who are in desperate need. The rest goes toward covering the cost of art materials, supplies and admin fees.

Size: 5” x 7”
Red & metallic silver block print on black cardstock
Signed and numbered limited edition of 25

Proceeds from this print will be split between Reno Soup for the Soul & Reno Burrito Project. Art supplies were purchased locally from Nevada Fine Arts.

Please note: these are printed by hand so each print is unique and will not look exactly like the pictures.

Shipped via USPS Media Mail within 2-3 business days or pickup option available.
